Refund Policy

At Liquid Lights, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. Please read the details below carefully before booking your pass.

🔒 No Refund Policy

• Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded.

• This applies to all ticket types including Chill Pass, Alcohol Pass, VIP Pass, and Group Tables.

• Refunds will not be issued for:

  • No-shows

  • Change of plans

  • Unfavorable weather

  • Personal emergencies

  • Entry denied due to age, ID, or misconduct

✅ Exception – Event Cancellation or Post-Event Refund Approval

• In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the event, or if a refund request is officially approved after the event, the refund will be processed within 10 working days after the event date.

• Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

• Such refunds, if any, will be communicated officially via email or SMS.
