By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Liquid Lights, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. 🎟️ Tickets & Entry

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is officially canceled.

• Only individuals aged 21 years and above will be permitted into the event.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry.

• Ticket holders must carry a digital or printed copy of their pass at entry.

• Entry will be denied to anyone under the influence of illegal substances or violating the code of conduct.

2. 🕒 Event Schedule & Changes

• Event start time: 6:00 PM, July 26, 2025.

• The event schedule, artists, and performers are subject to change without prior notice.

• Organizers reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or modify the event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. 🔒 Security & Conduct

• Security checks will be conducted at the entrance. Cooperation is mandatory.

• Weapons, drugs, outside food & drinks, and illegal items are strictly prohibited.

• Any person displaying abusive behavior, harassment, or creating disturbance will be removed without refund.

• The venue is under CCTV surveillance for safety and security.

4. 🍹 Alcohol Consumption

• Alcohol will only be served to individuals 21+ holding valid ID and an eligible ticket (Alcohol/Chill Pass or VIP).

• The management reserves the right to deny service to intoxicated or misbehaving individuals.

5. 📸 Photography & Media

• By entering the venue, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed for event promotions, after-movie, and social media.

• Event organizers and media partners hold rights to use this content without additional permission or compensation.

6. 💰 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or change of mind.

• In case the event is canceled by organizers, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. ❤️ Cause Support

• All profits from this event go to Vidyarthula Asha Foundation, which supports education for underprivileged students.
